DOUBLE DIAMOND PACHA ULIXES This beautiful stallion comes from a breeding of De Magny Kiri Pacha, (75% Henryville, 25% Viger) who passed away in 2007 and Rody Magic Praline ( 25% Henryville, 25% Royal, 25% Becancour, 25% Brio) one of our young broodmare. At 3 years old, he already shows beautiful conformation & lightness in movement. Should mature to a 15 hh stallion. ULIXES is available for outside breeding starting spring 2011. BGR PRINCE D-CROMWELL Born : May 13, 1994 50% Henryville, 25% Royal 12.5% Viger, 12.5% Older Bloodlines Unfortunately, we suddenly lost our dearest stallion in July. Cromwell was a beautiful 16 year old stallion, jet black, 14.3 hh, 1050 lbs. This Henryville stallion was a very typical old-style Canadian, with exceptional disposition, excellent bone, and great movement. Cromwell has produced over 33 offspring and all of them have inherited his kind personality and great temperament. Calm, quiet and friendly are the words to describe all is offspring. He will definetly be missed. |
DE MAGNY KIRI PACHA Born : May 07, 1982
Dark brown, 15 hh stallion, Pacha was born at De Magny farm in Québec,at six month old, he was sold to Real Desgrange's stables where he grew up and had a few offspring. He was bought by Quatre-G farm at the age of 10 and started his training under saddle and driving by Mireille Gravel. He was also used as a stallion at the farm. Pacha did lots of public parades including a major one , the Canadian Horse 100 anniversary in Montreal, Qc where his picture was published on the front page of La Presse newspaper, January 29, 1995. In the fall of 2006, we were offered to buy Pacha by the Gravel.We always like that Stallion and eventhought he was 24 years old we accepted the offer. In the summer of 2007, Pacha was able to perform live covers with our broodmares. He was very healthy and in a very good shape as you can see on the picture. As a gift, he was able to gave us 7 offspring before he past away 6 months later. At Double Diamond , we are pround to have been able to preserve Kiri Pacha's bloodline. Our main stallion is now from him and we hope to produce many more Pacha offspring in the future. Pacha comes from a bloodline that reproduce ¨le petit cheval de fer¨ with the same conformation that is represented in Kreighoft painting.
